The Description:

The oven is designed to achieve the highest degree of process control for demanding applications that call for uniform temperature distribution, temperature stability, accelerated cooling and repeatability of the heating or soldering processes. This unique machine has a build-in system allowing for safe HEPA fume extraction, an advanced air/nitrogen cooling system, a smart exhaust system to flush the oven with nitrogen prior to the heating cycle and during cooling cycle. It has nine programmable time/temperature zones + an oxygen purging zone. The number of zones (from 2 to 9) can be selected by the user-as needed to make programming less complicated when multiple zones are not required. The oven can be set to heat an object to a precise temperature. It also can cool the object to an exact, pre-programmed temperature. We believe that our oven is the only one in existence to give users so many features needed for tight process control, while still being accurate and user friendly.
