The most advanced Convection Batch Oven ever made

for all heating tasks
demanding the highest level of process control.

The oven was designed to achieve the highest degree of process control possible
for demanding applications that call for uniform temperature distribution, temperature
stability, accelerated cooling and repeatability of the heating processes.

This is a Laboratory Dream.

The temperature accuracy of the heated object can be controlled with a thermocouple that is attached to the object. Most ovens simply measure the temperature of the circulating air.

All heating processes generate fumes which are either harmful and/or smell bad.
The X-Reflow306/M oven allows the user to connect a HEPA fume extraction system to pull out and filter the fumes before the oven is opened.

An advanced cooling system that uses compressed air (or nitrogen) cools the object to 60 degrees C (Celsius) in about 200 seconds, which is a cooling rate of about 1 1/2 degrees/second.

The use of compressed air or nitrogen to cool the heated object requires smart disposal of the large volume of these gasses. This is accomplished via a unique exhaust system.

When a process requires an inert gas environment the oven needs to be flushed to push out
the oxygen. This is accomplished using a programmable flushing time. Flushing takes place when the entry port for inert gas and the exhaust system for oxygen are opened at the same time.

The Laboratory Dream oven has nine programmable time/temperature zones + an oxygen purging zone. The number of zones (from two to nine) can be selected by an operator.

The heated object often needs to be cooled to a set temperature.
The oven can be programmed to operate the cooling system until the object reaches
the pre-programmed temperature.

We have made an effort to design a user friendly interface to allow operators to quickly learn to use the oven to its full potential.

It is our belief that, at the present time, no other manufacturer makes an equally performing convection batch oven. It will benefit laboratories, research facilities, and producers of unique and sophisticated low volume equipment. In short, it will help anyone who needs precise heating capabilities.

The development of the Laboratory Dream oven is finished and production starts in November.

A more detailed description of the oven will be put on this website in a couple of weeks.
