Reduce costs, improve quality, increase throughput.
FINGER CONVEYORS
- Two styles for finger conveyors: hard-coat aluminum or titanium sides
- F3 titanium model is lighter in weight, resists solder dragout and corrosion in active flux
- F1 aluminum model is lower in cost, has built-in board-holding grooves which require only one moveable rail to support your PCB
- Both styles are fastened with rigid butt joint for strength and squareness
- Cross pieces are tubular for strength, lightweight, and ease of attaching moveable accessories
- Optional low profile fixture with angled rails to reduce rework
- Optional low profile rails for easier hand insertion of components

Solder Rails & Fixture Accessories |
- Board supports are injection molded in liquid crystal polymer which outperforms all styles of metal rails including titanium
- Reduced heat means increased throughput, improved edge soldering, cleaning and drainage
- Titanium clips and support fingers permit board expansion, fast loading, unloading and are moveable to accommodate hard-to-hold edges
- Reduce rework and improve solder coverage with rails that angle up to 22 degrees
- Three styles of standard 1" high rails, and three styles of low profile 3/4" high rails in 18", 22" or custom lengths

- Hold board edges with overhanging components by offsetting as illustrated
- Three rigid moveable titanium fingers 1/2" wide (B) x 5/16" (C) offset are easy to adjust with thumb screws
- Use these supports on one or both sides of the rail
- Rail part number is TFR-18 or TFR-22; additional standard supports are TFRS-1/2
- Optional narrower supports are 1/8" wide (B) with a 3/4" (C) offset; Part number is TFRS-1/8

- * Supports rear of heavy boards
- Measures 4" (A) by 6" (B); Part Number SR-T
- Custom T rails are available
|
|
- Keep boards from diving into the wave
- Available in all sizes for any fixture
- To order, specify fixture type and width, e.g. SD-12 is a dam for a 12" finger-style fixture
|
|
- Prevents warpage with large boards and panels
- Spring-loaded titanium hook with 6" of travel
- Part Number is SH-B; Dimension A is your fixture width

Titanium Masks/Stiffeners |
Snap-on titanium strips for use as board stiffeners or gold finger masks come in four styles and sizes for every circuit board. To determine the correct part number, specify the style and provide the following information:
A- Depth of PCB finger
B- PCB thickness
C- Length of strip required
|
Style TF1
One piece of formed titanium is the lowest cost style
|
|
Style TF2
Welded clip style can be used for stiffening and masking, to hold connectors in place, and clips can be positioned to avoid interference with components
|
|
Style TF3
Two-piece welded style is recommended for heavier or very wide boards
