Cost effective evaluation and testing of electronic assembly and other processes is a critical part of implementing a new packaging technology. Practical Components µBGA® mechanical samples and test boards make the task easier. Tessera provides mechanical samples in 0.5mm, 0.75mm, and 0.8mm pitch packages to simulate memory, logic and ASIC components. Both µBGA® components and test boards have daisy-chain configurations to conduct continuity testing. A Lead-Free version of the components and test board are available. There are Tessera test boards available for each type of Tessera dummy component. |
