| Routed Boards - METHOD OF OPERATION |
- Nest the panelboard to be depaneled to the positioning pins by using the routed slot. The positioning pins can be changed, enabling the operator to use pins with diameters matching the width of the routed slots to ensure a simple and precise positioning of the board.
- The nib should be positioned to the center of the knives' edge.
- Hold the panelboard horizontal by using both hands or lay the board on the integrated supporting table.
- An optimum depaneling-result without any burr will only be reached if the panelboard is lightly pushed against the positioning pins during the depaneling process.
- Operate the footswitch
- ATTENTION! The board must be located on the flat, vertical side of the knives. If the boards are located on the other side this may induce separation stress into the board!
