Model VPD3-1M Moderate volume

Round knife, manually cutting against lower linear knife, for reduced stress
Separates boards with components 1mm from the score line
Separate board with components overlapping bottom score line by modifying the linear knife.
Wide table on either side of the linear knife measures 6.25" X 20"
Table can be raised or lowered, and angeled on one or both sides
Easy to set the round knife for different thickness boards; positive locking mechanism
Flat on one side of knives allows for separation of boards with components along one side of score line.
Sliding mechanical stops for setting the cut length, up to 18" max, optional model separates panels to 24" max, Model No. VPD3-1M/600.
Guides in front of the moveable knife for operator safety

Round knife, motor driven against lower linear knife, for reduced stress
Programmable cut length with two simple forward and reverse buttons and digital display: optional model separates panels to 24" max, Model VPD3-1/600.
Seperates boards with components 2mm from the score line
Flat on one side of knives allows for separation of boards with components along one side of score line.
Wide table on either side of the linear knife measures 6.25" X 20"
Table can be raised or lowered, and angeled on one or both sides
Easy to set the round knife for different thickness boards; positive locking mechanism
Optional take-away conveyor can be added in place of one table

Model VPD5 High volume

Wedge-shaped knives shear the entire groove without bending or tension
Separates boards up to 2.5mm thick
Shears boards safely with parts as close as 0.5mm to the score line, including ceramic capacitors.
Operator foolproof! Panels cannot be inserted into the knives except on the score line.
Pneumatically driven
Handles high components up to 1"
Bow waves that can occur with round knives are avoided
Easy adjusting of distance between knives
Two models, VPD5-250 cuts up to 10:; VPD5-330 cuts up to 13.2"

Model NTP-1 Low volume, hard to reach tabs

Ideal for removing tabs in hard to reach areas, eg. angles, curves, very small boards, etc.
Removes tabs without waste, and with minimal stress
Two opposing knives run on ultraprecision linear ball bearing guides
Ideal for doube sided boards
Two moveable locating pins locate the tab; pins are slightly smaller than the width of the routed slot
Pneumatic with footswitch operation
Rugged construction on a C-frame with torsion resistance
Comes with one standard knife - width is 10mm; P/N NTP-1K
Comes with two standard pins - diameter is 2.5mm

Model PS-MR-1 Moderate volume

Punch Press System High volume

Pneumatic press with semi-automatic sliding base that holds the lower die for ease of loading the panel and unloading the separated boards
The operator activates the system allowing the bottom die to slide into place
Safety interlock prevents the press from cycling unless the bottom die is in position
After cycling, the base slides out for unloading of finished boards
Three different models with power ranging from 4 to 8 tons
Working areas range from 160mm x 220mm on the smallest model, to 320mm x 480mm on the largest one

Programmable Routers High Volume, No Stress

Key Features:

Programming using a user-friendly teaching pendant with large, 7-line LCD screen. No need to learn complicated programming languages.
Alternate programming with JR Points PC software that permits programming from .dfx files. Store an infinite number of programs and download as needed, or make quick adjustments as needed.
Vacuum system sits under the board support fixture for removing debris and dust.
Ionizing air nozzle on the spindle motor reduces static in the debris area
Four models availableup to a work area of 510mm x 510mm x 50mm
Store up to 100 programs or 6000 work points on the memory card resident in the router.
