X-Rework "A" - EP Basic rework system for board size up to 12" wide + Extended Package

X-Rework-A is a basic but complete system for SMT Rework. It is an economic solution offering convection heating (top and bottom), precise temperature control and a vacuum pick-up of a component during rework process. Although this is a basic system, it includes all high quality components and state of the art controllers.

Basic Rework System for boards up to 12” wide

  • Air Flow meter (for monitoring of air flow and precise temperature setting).
  • Board holder for regular and irregular shape boards, which accommodates boards up to 12" wide.
  • Convenient, highly precise XK-2 tool holder for "Z" axis movement, upgradeable to XK-3 or XK-4 models.
  • Large selection of standard, lightweight nozzles. Custom nozzles are available upon request.
  • Fully antistatic. Supplied with ESD grounding wire and a wrist strap
  • Self-contained air and vacuum sources.
  • Compatible with all X-KAR Brand board holders.
  • Solid and durable metal (not plastic) construction guaranteeing long service life.
