Fancort dedicated tooling is designed for high quality forms, with the most accurate tolerance, moderate production and less handling than our universal systems. These tools process all sides of a two-sided flatpack or quadpack at one time. They are available with manual standoff control, or our patented, electronic floating anvil system to automatically control standoff height. Semi-automated systems for hands-off processing are also available.

• Quadpacks are located using the lead frame corners with tapered lead-in for easy loading and unloading
• Floating anvil system (F-1F series) uses stepper motor controls and microprocessor to automatically position the moveable form anvils each time the press cycles for the most accurate standoff control. Click here to see the Floating Anvil sequence of operation.
• Manual standoff control uses manual setting with unique wedge design that puts no pressure on the lockable micrometer
• Fits standard Fancort Model 5000L for (F-1A series) manual standoff control, Model 5000-2 for floating anvil system (F-1F series)
• Optional semiautomatic handling system is available to move parts from a matrix tray into the tool and out again.

Higher volume requirements may call for some type of component handling during trim and form. Illustrated here is one custom system that uses a manual vacuum loader to remove parts from a matrix tray, load them into the tool, fire the tool manually or automatically, and unload finished parts into the tray.
